Q: Are my images stored on your servers?
A: No! Your images are processed in memory and
immediately deleted after processing. We never store your images permanently. Your privacy and data

Background Removal
Q: How does background removal work?
A: Imagelly uses advanced AI technology to
automatically detect and remove backgrounds from your images. The AI analyzes the image, identifies the
main subject, and removes everything else while preserving fine details like hair and edges.
Q: Can I remove backgrounds from photos
with complex subjects like hair or fur?
A: Yes! Our AI uses advanced alpha matting

Resize & Smart Crop
Q: What is Smart Crop?
A: Smart Crop automatically detects and removes
uniform background borders (white, transparent, or solid color backgrounds) from your images. It's

Q: What are the paper size presets?
A: We provide standard paper sizes at 300 DPI
print quality:
- A1, A2, A3, A4 (both portrait and landscape)
- Letter and Legal (both portrait and landscape)
Simply select a preset and the dimensions are

Q: Can I resize to custom dimensions?

Image Deblurring
Q: Can you make blurry photos sharp?
A: Yes! Our Image Deblurring feature uses
advanced AI-enhanced sharpening techniques including unsharp masking, edge enhancement, and contrast
adjustment to improve image clarity.
Q: What are the different deblur strength
levels?
A: We offer three levels:

A: No, watermarks are applied cleanly without

Privacy & Security
Q: Is my data safe?
A: Absolutely! All images are processed
securely over HTTPS. Images are processed in memory and immediately deleted after processing. We never
store your images or share them with third parties.
Q: Do you track what images I upload?
A: No. We don't track, log, or record the
images you upload. Your image processing is completely private and anonymous.
Technical Questions
Q: How long does processing take?
A: Most images process in 2-5 seconds.
Processing time depends on image size and complexity. The AI model loads once at startup, so there's no
per-request loading delay.
Q: Are there any limits on how many images
I can process?
A: For fair usage, we have a rate limit of 30
requests per minute per IP address. This is more than sufficient for normal use.
Q: Can I use Imagelly for commercial
projects?
A: Yes! You can use Imagelly for both personal
and commercial projects. There are no licensing fees or attribution requirements.
Q: Does Imagelly work offline?
A: No, you need an internet connection as the
